How long will shipping take?

Note: our courier cannot deliver to PO Boxes so please make sure you use a physical address. 

Sustainable Shipping   

We strive to do our best in taking care of mama earth with the delivery of your products. Your order will arrive in a 100% recyclable and reusable cardboard box. Our cardboard boxes are also made with 75% recycled content!!

All products are wrapt in recyclable and reusable tissue and cardboard wrap.

You can reuse the box and paper wrapping to send care packages to friends and  family, or decorate it and use it to store some of your favourite things. Use it to light your fire during winter or simply place in  the recycling so it can move on to another life cycle!

If you are not satisfied with your products,  please email us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can respond - 

Damages and Issues 

All items purchased from Modern Rituals are carefully sent with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and shipped. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 working days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a product you ordered is received in faulty condition or is not as shown to you on the website, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
